2. Connect to sales channels

After completing the basic setup for your account, you need to connect to sales channels in the “My Store” section in the Menu bar on the left side of the screen. This means that you can connect your Shop with retail and online sales channels (Create Shop name, grant employee rights, …).

3. Add products

The next step is to add and publish new products to your stores. You should input product details and inventory to sync with wanted sales channels.

4. Sync and manage inventory

Syncing inventory helps you manage sales with 100% accuracy. Please input the correct inventory count for warehouses that are integrated with Omisell. If your products are from different vendors, you can also sync the inventory to manage all products on Omisell.

5. Sync and manage orders

Syncing and managing orders on Omisell gives sellers a complete overview of orders and the number of products sold across all sales channels.

6. Create and manage shipments

Similar to order management, shipment management on Omisell helps you control any goods entering and leaving the warehouse. Omisell also provides real-time shipment updates for easy tracking and adjustment.

7. Applications

Omisell provides applications that can assist you with sales and operational tasks. Each application has its own feature from shipping, revenue management, cross-checking, return management, etc.

You can manage your subscription and payment method in this section. Currently, Omisell offers 3 subscription types suitable for most omnichannel businesses.
