In October, Omisell has updated with a variety of new capabilities to give organizations more options for connecting and synchronizing data from sales channels and sales-supporting applications including Cash Book, Payment Reconciliation…

1. Boxme application

Customers who use Boxme can utilize the app to easily update information about warehouses, products, and other items in Omisell so that operations can be monitored.

2. Connect to e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, …)

The app connects businesses’ stores on e-commerce sales platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, Zalo, and others.

By synchronizing available products and inventory on sales channels with the system, Omisell users can save time updating their products. Sync orders from these sales channels to Omisell for processing in real time.

The feature of linking to e-commerce floors has the following advantages after updating the system:

  • Options for Fulfillment Partners
  • Each e-commerce floor’s pickup address is linked.
  • When inventory is zero, orders can be created.
  • Option to synchronize inventory and order time
  • Option to configure invoice information

3. Connect to shopping platforms (Haravan, Magento, Sapo, Woocommerce)

Features for Omisell users who sell through platforms like Haravan, Shopify, Sapo, and others. The function enables sellers to integrate their shops with Omisell in order to synchronize product information and orders.

The feature of linking to shopping platforms has the following advantages after updating the system:

  • Based on the recipient’s address, choose the best pick-up warehouse automatically.

  • Inventory and order time can be synchronized.

4. Cashbook application

Omisell users can utilize the CashBook application to keep track of their funds in their stores.

The following are some of the highlights of the CashBook application:

  • Over time, keep track of and manage transactions.
  • Add and manage each store’s receipts and payments.
  • View a summary and detailed report of all stores’ revenue and funds.

5. Payment Reconciliation application

Omisell users can use the app to conveniently track and match successful delivery orders between merchants and carriers.

The following are some of the highlights of the Payment Reconciliation App:

  • Manage and track product deliveries and receipts.
  • History of reconciliation can be accessed.
  • Orders for delivery are managed.
  • Organize orders with incorrect statuses.

6. Return Handling application

The application aids in the management and reconciliation of failed orders with carriers, as well as the handling of those orders.

Following the system update, the Return Handling application now has the following features:

  • Look up return orders from customers using the bill of lading and the order number.
  • Set playback mode and manage unsuccessful delivery orders.
  • Re-optimize failed delivery orders; customers request a refund.
