Telesale helps you to manage and track your Telesale sales consultant team. With the Telesale app you can:

Callio – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform with integrated smart call system.
Multi-channel Private Branch Exchange (PBX) allows businesses to communicate with customers through Voice Call – Email – SMS – Social networks on a single platform, and CRM is available to help manage all sales and customer service activities of the business.
Currently, Callio is giving users 14 days of free use. At the end of the trial period, Callio’s price is cheap compared to the Vietnamese market from only 50,000 VND / user.

Twilio is a phone and SMS service that provides communication solutions for businesses. Twilio is in the top 10 popular cloud-based applications over the years. It allows software developers to make and receive phone calls, as well as send and receive text messages using web APIs services.

Integrate Omisell with Twilio can help you manage calls, SMS, and customer service easily. This integration is the perfect way to maintain two-way communication with customers and synchronize important contact information. The features of Twilio include: listen, call, SMS, send video, video call.

Service fee
Twilio doesn’t necessarily charge users to use its service, the customer using which service will pay for that service and it also depends on the country. See the price list of Twilio services here!

1. Telesale installation

To use Telesale app, go to “Browse app”, select install “Telesale” app, refer to this instruction

Setting up team and telesales employees management

To add Telesale employees, you need to go to “Setting” –> “Employee management”

Here, you click “Add employee” and fill in the required information

After adding staff, you can create a team for each team in Telesale as you are currently managing.
To create a team, select “Team management” –> “Add team”. Then fill in your team name and code.

Apply KPI for telesales employees and teams

After you have the information about telesales employees, you can choose to assign each employee/team according to your own requirements.

And then add KPI for employees/teams to have an assessment of performance, as well as to make salary and bonus regulations easier

Tracking results reports and optimizing order closing rates

With a manager, you can easily track whether your employees are working effectively, high/low rate of closing orders to have appropriate policies to help increase sales

2. Connect to Callio

To integrate with Callio, you first need to have a Callio account.

  1. Login into the website: https://client.callio.vn/#/login
    If you do not have an account, register there.

  1. Connect Callio on Omisell settings
    You need to go to “Setting” –> “Call Center Provider”. Here, you can choose to connect Callio.

The screen will then display the required information that you need to fill.

  1. Complete the required information

You need to fill in the required fields on Omisell to integrate Callio into the system.
On Callio website, go to the “Setting” section

  • Token
    To get the Token code, you need to access the Integrations section, press the + sign to add a new code. Once you have the code, copy the line and paste it into Omisell settings

  • Extension
    For other information, go to the User Accounts section.

Select the edit icon. Here you will get information:

Make a call on Omisell

Once connected successfully, you can start making calls on each of your orders on Omisell system.
Click the mouse on the receiver’s name, in the Phone section, there is a phone icon. Click on it to perform a call

3. Connect to Twilio

  1. To integrate Twilio, you first need a Twilio account
    Login into this website: https://www.twilio.com
    If you do not have an account, register here.

  1. Connect Twilio on Omisell settings
    Go to Setting –> Call Center Provider. Here, select Twilio to connect

The screen will then display the required information that you need to fill.

  1. Complete the required information

You need to fill in the required fields on Omisell to integrate Twilio application into the system.
You need to log into your Twilio account to get the information that Omisell requires.

If you want to connect to Twilio to make international calls, you will have to contact Twilio to register, purchase a sim and connect to Omisell. After purchasing the sim successfully, go to Omisell to configure Twilio call center.

– Steps to install Twilio on Omisell:

Step 1: Log into your Twilio account, click on the house icon => “Dashboard” to get “Account SID” and “Caller ID: phone number provided by the system.”

Step 2: Get “App SID” click on the 3 dots (All Products & Services) => Programmable voice => TwiML => TwiML apps => Name the app => Click on app name => get SID code

Step 3: Get “API Key”: Click on the icon of the house => Settings => API Key => get the code

Make a call on Omisell

Once connected successfully, you can start making calls on each of your orders on Omisell system.
Click on the receiver’s name, in the Phone section, there is a phone icon. Click on it to perform a call.
