Adjust inventory

Inventory adjustment updates are an important step in helping you to manage the goods in your inventory. This step applies to products that have been added and linked to inventory on Omisell system.

To adjust your inventory, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to “Inventory”
Step 2: Select “Adjust inventory”

After these 2 steps, there are 3 ways to adjust inventory:
Option 1: Adjust product inventory directly – Apply to products with inventory > 0 by selecting add/set
Step 3: Select “Add” to enter the quantity of the product, add/remove from the inventory (displayed by positive / negative numbers). Or select “Set” to import the correct current inventory.
Step 4: Click “Save”

Option 2: Adjust product inventory using Excel file
Step 3: Select “Adjust inventory” on the top right corner of the page
Step 4: Select your warehouse that you want to adjust inventory
Step 5: Download the template file
Step 6: Click “Import file” to adjust inventory

Option 3: Add product inventory
Step 3: Select “Add new product to warehouse”
Step 4: Select a warehouse and a product that you want to have an inventory adjustment

Step 5: Click the “Next” button
Step 6: Enter an up-to-date inventory of the products that you have just selected and enter the reason for import (required).

Step 7: Click “Adjust”, you adjust inventory successfully. You can check the new update in “Inventory” -> “All product”
